All appartements are bookable with breakfast in the hotel Hauserbauer (50 meters away). For the breakfast € 17.- per adult/day and € 12.- per child/day are settled.

Local tax € 2.30 per person and night (children free until 15 years). The local tax is not included in the prices . Apartment prices in euro, incl. all taxes and final cleaning, exclusive lokal tax, one bed room surcharge amounts to 8.- € per night/Person. Short stay surcharge until 2 nights is 5.- € per person.

Please understand that we don't take pets in our house

Smoking is only allowed on the balcony and outside of the house

CHECK-IN: from 14:00 you can move into the rooms. But you can depose your luggage at us.

CHECK-OUT:  The check-out has to be until 10:00, please consider this.

We ask you at the moment of the confirmation , to send us a deposit for any booked room, by bank transfer .

Upon receipt of the deposit indicated above we confirm the booking of your stay by e-mail to you.

Guidelines for room cancellations according to the Austrian hotel terms and conditions :

Up to 3 months beforebeginning of the vacation no contra-entry costs, within 3 months until 1 month 40% of the journey price. As of 1 month until 1 week before journey the cancellation fee amounts to 70% of the journey price. 90% of the booked stay are settled at cancellation within a week before the begin of the vacation or early departure .
